Chef de Partie
We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie, initially working in our Coffee Shop for the next two months.
The successful candidate will be required to work with in our coffee shop environment serving sandwiches, snacks and cakes and reporting to our Estate Chef on a daily basis.
We are also opening a bar restaurant in May 2012 and the successful candidate will then be required to work as part of the team and a rota basis between the Coffee Shop and Restaurant.
Hours 48 per week
Salary £13,000 - £15,000
