Following a hugely popular masterclass at Summer Camp 2024, Gaz, founder of Community Cutlery, is coming back to The Walled Garden!
You will leave this workshop with a collection of your favourite knives, all of which have been expertly sharpened (by you) with the knowledge gained to keep them that way for life.
The workshop will begin with a lesson in the all-important sharpening theory, before moving on to a comprehensive demonstration of the techniques you’ll need to know before you really get to grips with the task of the day: sharpening your own knives under Gaz's expert guidance.
