Menopause, Mindfulness & Movement with Emma Garland & Katie

Katie and Emma are excited to welcome you to a calming, restorative session designed to empower you through your menopause journey, hosted within our brand new and beautiful Conservatory space.

What to expect:

  • An introduction to menopause health and the six pillars of lifestyle medicine.

  • Gentle, guided mindfulness and meditation techniques.

  • Tools to ease stress, improve focus and enhance emotional balance.

  • A gentle menopause movement session.

  • A safe space to reflect, connect and reset.

How you’ll feel after the session:

  • Relaxed and centred, with a renewed sense of calm.

  • Empowered to handle menopause challenges with resilience.

  • Refreshed, lighter and more in tune with your inner self.

Session outcomes

  1. Understanding of menopause: participants will be able to define what menopause is, understand its basic biological processes and identify the stages of menopause.

  2. Awareness of symptoms: participants will be able to understand lesser known symptoms of menopause.

£70 per person.

 

Timings

9:45am: Meet, greet and information about the day

10am: Welcome and workshop begins

1pm: Lunch from Hawarden Estate Farm Shop

2pm: Time to say goodbye

All equipment, food and and drink throughout the day is provided.
