Katie and Emma are excited to welcome you to a calming, restorative session designed to empower you through your menopause journey, hosted within our brand new and beautiful Conservatory space.
What to expect:
An introduction to menopause health and the six pillars of lifestyle medicine.
Gentle, guided mindfulness and meditation techniques.
Tools to ease stress, improve focus and enhance emotional balance.
A gentle menopause movement session.
A safe space to reflect, connect and reset.

Session outcomes
Understanding of menopause: participants will be able to define what menopause is, understand its basic biological processes and identify the stages of menopause.
Awareness of symptoms: participants will be able to understand lesser known symptoms of menopause.
£70 per person.

9:45am: Meet, greet and information about the day
10am: Welcome and workshop begins
1pm: Lunch from Hawarden Estate Farm Shop
2pm: Time to say goodbye
