Nurture your body in nature and feel the healing benefits of sound at this very special restorative day.

Sound impacts us all and we have a natural vibration that resonates with the earth. This is a great opportunity to seek solace, allowing our bodies to slow down and relax in this fast-paced world.

What to expect:

If you’ve never experienced the healing effects of a Sound Bath before, Angela and Wayne will guide you through each step.

Sound and energy can stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system (the restorative part of your nervous system) and increase your overall wellbeing.

You’ll also have the opportunity to surrender and lie peacefully, relaxed, usually on yoga mats, wrapped in blankets or whatever you need to feel content and still. Here, you’ll be immersed in the soundscape created by an array of sound instruments, gongs and Angela's voice. At the beginning of the ceremony everyone will be invited to take a cup of cacao, to help everyone open their hearts, taking themselves further and deeper into the experience.

This is an incredibly relaxing and restorative day where you can sit, join in or simply enjoy the powerful soundscape of Angela’s powerful breathwork, voice and sounds.

£45 per person.

Timings

9:45am: Arrive at The Walled Garden

10am: Introduction/welcome. Short Breathwork session outdoors and/or meditative walk

11am: Cacao ceremony and sound bath

1pm: Lunch from Hawarden Estate Farm Shop

2pm: Time to say goodbye
