About Adam Williams
Adam is Estate Head Chef at Hawarden Estate, and has been for nearly 5 years. Adam oversees all the chef teams and restaurants at the Farm Shop, The Glynne Arms and at all of our events. Adam has been leading cooking classes for us since The Walled Garden School began, and is part of everything that we do here on the Estate.
