Healthy Cooking Class with Adam Williams and Emma Garland

This class is part of our 21 day series of wellness, yoga, running and good food. It takes 21 days to create a habit - come and kick off your good habits for 2024 with us. Come to all sessions, or just one. You can book the series as a whole here.

This is a cooking class and workshop, designed to help you to learn some key skills and facts about cooking healthy. We will be doing this the traditional Walled Garden School way, and will be cooking on the fire. Adam Williams - Hawarden Estate’s Head Chef will be cooking on the fire and teaching you some useful skills and tips, and Emma Garland will be teaching you about nutrition.

Making adjustments, however big or small, to what you eat can make such an impact on your body and mind. It can boost your mood and hormones, as well as reduce your blood pressure; cholesterol and even help you to lose weight, without actually eating less. 

In this workshop, we’ll provide you with helpful tips to create meals that are easy to do at home - packed full of nutrients and look and taste delicious. We wouldn’t have it any other way. 

In a world where we should be reducing the amount of meat we eat to help sustain our planet; as well as providing a more healthy environment for our body’s cells to thrive; this session will explore a more dominant plant-based lifestyle.
