Yoga Social with Emma Garland
This class is part of our 21 day series of wellness, yoga, running and good food. It takes 21 days to create a habit - come and kick off your good habits for 2024 with us. Come to all sessions, or just one. You can book the series as a whole here.
This class is a yoga and wellness session where you will reconnect your body and mind with nature with some deep breathwork; a mindful meditation walk and some expansive, chest-opening stretches to boost your mind, body, posture and also your testosterone (which is not something reserved just for men, and can hugely benefit women too).
This session is suitable for beginners as well as regular yogis, there’s something for everyone to boost your energy; build your strength and make you feel amazing. The session will finish with a hot drink around the fire. This session is also available on Friday 5th and Friday 12th January.
This class ticket include unlimited free tea and coffee, and a check in with Emma Garland, the yoga expert leading this series. Your ticket also includes exclusive access to our series of newsletters as part of our 21 day series.
